The Gallman Realty Company was established in 1987 by John Gallman. John began working as a part-time agent in 1975. He later became a broker in 1977 and continued to work for other agencies for ten years. From 1987 thru 1991, John worked from his office located in his home. John met Freddie Simpson in 1984 who joined Gallman Realty Company in 1991. Freddie became a broker in 1995, and they decided to become business partners and thus Gallman & Simpson Realty Inc. was formed.
The growth and expansion of the business required them to relocate to an office in Columbia, SC to accommodate their growth in business volume. As a result, the sales force of their business has also expanded. So in 2002, Gallman & Simpson Realty, Inc. relocated to its current location at 4505 North Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina. Gallman & Simpson Realty, Inc. is one of the minority-owned and operated African American real estate agencies, and they stand ready to meet your real estate needs as it has done for all of its clients over the years.
